Spring brings a fresh take on dining, and our menu is a celebration of the finest British produce. Expect vibrant ingredients like tender spring lamb, fresh asparagus, wild garlic, and rhubarb, all sourced from premium independent suppliers.
Sustainability is at the heart of our kitchen. Through our fermentation station, we find creative ways to minimise waste by transforming leftover rhubarb into syrups and preserves and using wild garlic in multiple forms across our dishes.
