In this discussion, Marine will share how the imagery we see shapes our wellbeing and will give us tools for visual decluttering and combatting information overload so we can reclaim our focus and peace of mind. We’ll discuss Marine’s journey as a leading entrepreneur and explore the importance of curating our network and external influences, as well as sharing practical tools for enhancing wellbeing and building connection.

Maude Hirst is a globally recognised Wellbeing & Meditation Expert, Motivational Speaker, Founder, Coach and Author specialising in making meditation and its life changing benefits accessible to all. Maude was previously an actor best known for playing Helga in the hit TV show Vikings before becoming a leading wellbeing practitioner. She uses her combined skill-sets to help build confidence, clarity and connection for individuals and teams – creating long lasting transformation.
Ellie Turner Coughlin is a TEDx Speaker, Event Moderator, Founder & Connector of people and ideas. With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and events, Ellie specialises in how we can build stronger networks and better relationships with our clients and teams. She regularly creates experiences to bring people together and is also working with a group of entrepreneurs to set up Silent Break, a digital detox nature resort in Portugal.
Marine Tanguy is the CEO of MTArt Agency which was launched in 2015, following a career in visual arts in London and LA. MTArt agency is worth £35 million and is the art sector’s leading talent agency representing some of the most talented, forward-thinking artists in the world. The agency looks to support, promote and enable artists to work with the broadest canvas possible, from working with brands to public art and fine art institutions. As a business person, Marine was awarded Forbes 2018 30 under 30 Europe: Art & Culture, UK entrepreneur of the year for the 2019 NatWest Awards and 2023 Hurun entrepreneur of the year under 35. She is a writer and keynote speaker on contemporary art and art investment. Her talks include two TEDx Talks on how to transform cities with art and how social media visuals affect our minds and her book Visual Detox is published by Penguin.
