Tess Cosad is the CEO and Co-Founder of Béa Fertility. Following an MSc from Imperial College in 2013, Tess founded a B2B marketing agency, Emberson Ventures. Tess scaled Emberson from a start-up to an international agency in 3 years, leading global ad campaigns for both Fortune 500 clients and high-growth start-ups. In 2018 Tess founded Hers By Design, and later that year was the first woman to lead a digital startup accelerator program in Saudi Arabia, on behalf of the Growth Velocity Academy. She founded Béa Fertility in January 2020.

Lori Bolon, Portaire
Co-founder

Lori is the CEO and Co-Founder of Portaire. She´s an Interior Architect who’s worked on projects of all shapes and sizes in Australia and the UK and has established a portfolio of work featured by Vogue Living. Throughout her career, Lori identified many challenges and opportunities in the daily lives of designers and suppliers. This spurred her drive to create a company that could make the design world more accessible and dynamic.

Susan Elliott, British Business Bank
UK Network Senior Manager, South East

Sue is an experienced commercial professional working with British Business Bank stakeholders, intermediaries and delivery partners to help smaller businesses access finance for growth. Her knowledge and connections in the funding and business support community were gained from co-founding and running her own advisory and consulting business for 10 years, providing strategic advice for scale-ups, delivering business accelerator programmes, managing public sector business support contracts and through partnerships with sources of finance for small and mid-sized businesses.
