PepTalk Presents: The Value of Belonging at Work in association with Kleinwort Hambros

Tuesday 20th September 6:30pm

We’ve brought together some of the UK’s leading diversity, equity and inclusion experts to our first in-person PepTalk/Kleinwort Hambros event ‘The Value of Belonging at Work’ with special guest Gamal ‘G’ Turawa from the Bafta award winning documentary The Black Cop.

Join us for a night of inspiring talks, drinks and canapes in the heart of London, over the evening you’ll gain a unique insight and takeaway advice on how to authentically diversify your business. Creating a place that is inclusive, welcoming and supportive for every individual.

While there is recognition that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are beneficial for both the business and the employee, what does an inclusive environment really mean and what practical steps can you take to create one?

A high sense of belonging in the workplace has been linked to a whopping 56% increase in job performance, a 50% drop in turnover risk, and a 75% reduction in sick days.

Join us as we discuss how you can authentically diversify your business with positive action that translates into a more supportive, inclusive and welcoming place to work.
