We will look at the different areas of your business addressing the “sweet” spots, “blind” spots and “soft” spots to give you more clarity and focus.
We will also work through a Business Growth Model (for you to keep) and apply it to your business. This will highlight your strengths and weaknesses and will enable you to get on track for 2024.
