Romy has been practicing Pilates since her early 20s and has been teaching since 2019. With her Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction and training in studio, reformer, and mat Pilates, Romy brings a creative, fun, and energizing approach to every class. Her goal is to help you work towards your fitness objectives while ensuring you get a full-body workout that stretches and strengthens your muscles.
