Sweatworking with Motivate

Start your Saturday the right way with this monthly Saturday morning series combining both a physical workout followed by networking and the opportunity to connect with fellow founders.
Business responsibilities come with the need to prioritise and nurture your emotional wellbeing, and your mental health. When you feel well in yourself, you’ll naturally feel more productive and effective in your business.
Our incredible Motivate Trainer will take you through a 45 minute class designed to strengthen, tone and kickstart your Saturday, training alongside other members. We blend high intensity with strength work so you are guaranteed to get your sweat on.
This will be followed by a smoothie and light breakfast bites in the Club Room for some post work out networking.
Motivate was founded by Home Grown regular Kira Mahal.
This event is complimentary and includes both the workout and a shake/light breakfast thereafter.
