Yoga Nidra is the yoga for sleep. A deep relaxation creating a quiet and receptive brain state. A guided meditation practise, leading you on a journey of expanded consciousness.

What you will need:

Blankets

Eye pillow, mask or scarf

Comfortable floor space in a warm room

Comfortable clothes, socks, hoodies etc
