He was the first non-family angel investor in and also sold one of the businesses he founded to Microsoft for $6.4billion. He is co-founder of the VC firm Second Avenue Partners and runs Civic Ventures, a group of “political troublemakers” devoted to delivering social change. Erica Payne is the founder of the Patriotic Millionaires and a highly regarded public policy commentator, author and strategist. Dr Danny Sriskandarajah became CEO of Oxfam GB in January 2019. Before joining Oxfam his prior roles included Secretary General of CIVICUS, Director General of the Royal Commonwealth Society and Deputy Director of the Institute for Public Policy Research

Federico Ceresole leads the Portfolio Advisory Group in EMEA for Goldman Sachs PWM. He first joined Goldman Sachs as an executive director in 1998, serving in roles in product-distribution in Goldman Sachs Asset Management and portfolio management and advisory in Private Wealth Management. Federico rejoined the firm as an executive director in 2010 and was named managing director in 2019. Prior to rejoining the firm, he helped manage a macro hedge fund and led the asset management unit at a boutique investment bank.
