Just because you’re not an athlete doesn’t mean you shouldn’t train like one. We want to help simplify your training and recovery methods, to make it fit into your lifestyle and enable you reach optimal performance – both physically and mentally.

James Dabbs and Cornelia Persson from Dabbs Fitness want to provide you with the tools of strength and conditioning and enable you to reach your best potential and performance levels – both physically and mentally.

Exercise is not a one size fits all solution – whether you’re an elite athlete or a beginner, you need a training plan made for you. This plan must consider the both parts to health and performance: training and recovery. They will discuss the different methods and approaches to these such as programming, diet, and sleep.
