Investor Ask Me Anything with SFC Capital

Thursday, 1st May, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (15-minute sessions)

Raising your first investment round can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.

SFC Capital, the UK’s most active seed-stage investor, is hosting an Ask Me Anything session for all our members. This is your chance to sit down one-on-one with experienced investors for practical, informal guidance tailored to where you are in your journey.

You’ll get clarity on how to raise your first round, learn what early-stage investors like SFC Capital actually look for, and how to structure your raise effectively. The team will demystify early-stage schemes like SEIS and EIS. They will explain how they work, how to qualify, and how to position your round (note: this is not tax advice). You will also receive honest feedback on your fundraising strategy, pitch approach, and where to focus your efforts next.

Each attendee will be assigned a 15-minute slot with members of the SFC team. Attendance is free for members, but spaces are limited and sign-up is required.

You’ll be meeting Edward Stevenson, Investment Executive, known for spotting standout founder-market fit, and Jason Druker, Chief Commercial Officer, who brings deep experience in law, M&A, and guiding startups through growth and exit stages.

Perfect for early-stage founders, startups exploring SEIS, or entrepreneurs shaping a fundable proposition, this session isn’t a pitch meeting, but a rare opportunity to ask questions, get clear, practical answers, and walk away with the clarity to move forward.

Secure your place on the Members Portal.

The event might include photography and videography. If you are not keen on being filmed or photographed, please let our team know.
