At the seventh edition of Dugout Dinners hosted by The Peer Space at Home Grown, the host Emily Monsell-Holden will explore her personal journey to becoming a woman without children, and the broader social shifts surrounding identity, inclusion, and choice.

With nearly one in five women now reaching midlife without becoming mothers, this isn’t just a personal story, it’s a cultural moment. Emily’s reflections open up space to examine hidden biases, celebrate alternative life paths, and consider how we build more expansive, supportive communities, both in business and beyond.

Emily is a brand strategist, regenerative business advocate, TEDx speaker, and co-founder of The Impact Apothecary. Her perspective is rich with professional insight and lived experience, bringing a fresh, human-centred approach to leadership, work, and identity.
