Dugout Dinners London #7 – The Business of Womanhood: Work, Life and the choice to Mother

Wednesday 18th June, 06:00pm

In a world where womanhood is still so often defined by motherhood, what happens when that assumption is gently, yet powerfully, challenged?

At the seventh edition of Dugout Dinners hosted by The Peer Space at Home Grown, the host Emily Monsell-Holden will explore her personal journey to becoming a woman without children, and the broader social shifts surrounding identity, inclusion, and choice.

With nearly one in five women now reaching midlife without becoming mothers, this isn’t just a personal story, it’s a cultural moment. Emily’s reflections open up space to examine hidden biases, celebrate alternative life paths, and consider how we build more expansive, supportive communities, both in business and beyond.
